FAQ

Common questions.

What is Amaven?

Amaven is a strategic operating system — integrated infrastructure that coordinates communications, media, intelligence, technology, and market influence as one stack instead of seven disconnected vendors.

How is Amaven different from a traditional marketing agency?

Traditional agencies sell a channel: PR, paid media, content, or web. Amaven coordinates all seven operational domains as one operating stack and can either execute the work directly or guide your in-place team to deliver it.

What are the seven domains?

Intelligence, Earned Media, Owned Media, Paid Media, Engagement, Experience, and Technology. Each is described in detail on the Operating Stack page.

How do engagements start?

Every engagement begins with a Strategic Discovery — a structured intake that surfaces the operating context. From there we synthesize a recommended stack, and you choose between a first-month strategic retainer or a follow-up consultation.

What does a strategic retainer cost?

Retainer pricing is tiered to organization revenue and stated transparently during the engagement step after discovery. There is no hidden discovery call needed to see pricing.

Do you work outside Orlando?

Yes. Amaven is based in Orlando and works with organizations across the United States. On-site engagements within Florida are routine; remote operating stacks are the default elsewhere.

Can Amaven act as a fractional CMO?

Yes. Fractional executive engagement is a common shape for the strategic retainer — coordinating an in-place team rather than replacing it.

What if we already have an agency or in-house team?

Amaven is designed to coordinate around what exists. For each domain we can either execute directly or guide your team or existing vendors to deliver against a single strategic plan.
